The President of the Gipsies’ Association in Kiseljak, Ismet Music and the members of the Association, Began Fafulovic i Arif Pandzic, have informed Jovic and the Head of Municipality of Kiseljak Mladen Misuric Ramljak about the actual problems of the community.

In Hrastovi, with 500 Gipsies living in 80 houses, the hosts added the unsolved water-supply and sewerage system of the place to the 99% rate of unemployed fit workers. The issue of health insurance, they said, is additionally burdening the community, but they commended schooling 58 elementary-school pupils and nine secondary-school pupils, for whom the municipality of Kiseljak has ensured the books. Education in native (gipsy) language has not been solved, as well as meal supply for a certain number of children.

Among activities currently being conducted, Music emphasized building a roof over seven houses ensured by the Municipality of Kiseljak. On this occasion, the Gypsy representatives especially thanked the Municipality Head, Misuric-Ramljak, who was visiting them regularly and helping them in accordance with his possibilities. Jovic and Misuric-Ramljak visited the ill Admira Beganovic, 24-year old self-supporting mother of two, who is living with her 16-membered family in a dilapidated house without any income. Beganovic suffers from a difficult Crone’s disease and Amoebae and promptly needs help.

Demonstrating a great understanding for the problems, Jovic promised that he would personally, as well as using the authority of his duty, do everything possible to ease the life for “these people with calloused hands worth of admiration”.
