1. The Presidency considered Information on the state of security and the use of space in the building of Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency.
While considering the Information, The Presidency brought several conclusions which when implemented will provide full security of the building, as well as the security of the surrounding area and the parking space.
In co-operation with other institutions, the Secretariat is put in charge: to organise detailed Counter Diversion Protection check, to secure full functioning of the security system of BiH Presidency building through the Service for Common Affairs of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to implement earlier positions and conclusions of BiH Presidency on securing the first floor of the building to be used for BiH Presidency functioning only.
The Secretariat will conduct a conditions analysis, in relation to this issue area, within 30 days at the latest.
2. BiH Presidency accepted the Invitation for a return official visit of BiH Presidency Chairman to the Republic of Macedonia,
3. BiH Presidency accepted the Invitation to BiH Presidency Chairman to visit the Republic of Bulgaria,
4. BiH Presidency brought Decision on launching procedures for negotiations for the purpose of signing: Memorandum of Understanding between Foreign Ministry of BiH, Foreign Ministry of the Kingdom of Norway and International Management Group (IMG) - Document Management System and System of Integral Protection for Foreign Ministry of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
5. The Presidency considered Information on nomination of the liaison officer to the State of Maryland, United States of America, and brought Decision on appointing BiH Armed Forces liaison officer to the State of Maryland, United States of America,
6. The Presidency brought Decision on accepting:
6.1. Agreement on credit between Bosnia and Herzegovina represented by the Ministry of Finance and Treasury and Unicredit Bank Austria AG, for the project of „Nabavka opreme za Rad Sarajevo“ (Equipment procurement for Rad Sarajevo) with an obligation to check the transparency of the prices with the suppliers.
6.2. Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on temporary employment of BiH citizens in the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Serbia citizens in BiH,
6.3. Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Slovenia on employment of BiH citizens in the Republic of Slovenia,
6.4. Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on submission and acceptance of the persons with illegal residence, and Protocol between Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Croatia on implementing the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on submission and acceptance of the persons with illegal residence,
7. The Presidency brought Decision on launching procedures for negotiations for the purpose of signing Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of France related to the mobility of the youth,
8. The Presidency considered Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina Report on the Work of the Commission for Pardons in the period of January – December 2010, and decided for the report to be delivered before the Parliamentary Assembly for consideration. It was also concluded for the Ministry of Justice to make a summary and analysis of state in which measures to be undertaken in this field will be suggested for the last four years.
9. The Presidency gave its Compliance to the selection of International experts for the Transitional Council for implementation of the Agreement on the Registry Office of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and The Prosecutor's Office of BiH,
10. The Presidency brought Decision on accepting the Amendment on Article 20. Paragraph 1 of the UN Convention on elimination of all forms of discrimination of women,
11. The Presidency brought Decision on Bosnia and Herzegovina approaching:
11.1. The Hague Convention on International Child Support and other forms of family maintenance,
11.2. The Council of Europe Convention on contact concerning children,
11.3. The Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse,
12. The project of BiH Presidency Building roof restoration - preliminary technical estimate. The Presidency agreed for the Service for Common Affairs of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina to be in charge for realisation of this Project.
