"I strongly condemn this extremely unprofessional and tendentious move by RAK against Face TV and journalist Senad Hadžifejzović. With this scandalous decision on a disproportionately high fine, RAK has shown that it acts exclusively in the spirit of destructive policies. The decision of RAK is the way to introduce media darkness, that is, the suppression of critical thought and media freedom in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Unfortunately, it is obvious that true media freedom, independence and transparent work of the media do not correspond to those political structures that should work on strengthening them".

BiH
Presidency Member Bećirović pointed out that the actions of the RAK director in
the case of Face TV and journalist Senad Hadžifejzović are unacceptable,
especially in view of the fact that he represents an important agency of the
state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"I
would like to point out that RAK, which is now headed by Milinović, had previously
imposed as many as 19 executive measures, i.e. sanctions against RTRS and
Milinović himself for partiality to one policy, for censorship, i.e. violation
of the postulate of professional reporting. It is inadmissible for Milinović to
behave in a similar way now that he is in the position of director of the
Communications Regulatory Agency. We hope that the RAK will act in accordance
with the regulations and the law, which would provide an environment for
journalists and media houses to professionally perform their job of objectively
informing the public without pressure".
