In his address to the PIC in Brussels, Dr. Silajdžić emphasized that Bosnia and Herzegovina had no alternative to its Euro Atlantic integration path.

First of all, Bosnia and Herzegovina needs a new Constitution. A Constitution which would restore its multiethnic character which took centuries to build.
Bosnia and Herzegovina has great potential which can provide better life for all its citizens. However, current constitution system in Bosnia and Herzegovina divides its economic space and prevents it from fulfilling its full potential. Therefore, it is necessary to remove all the obstacles in order to create a single economic space and provide prosperity for all the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
A unique education system is also essential for building a sound democratic society in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The dispersed system of education which we have now separates the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and we still need assistance from the International Community in this respect.
